How many locations are currently being served by Aspirnaut?

Currently, we are serving students in Hector, Helena-West Helena, Poyen and Omaha, Arkansas along with Otis and Dedham, Maine. We also have a student in Lenoir, North Carolina and students at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN.

How many students participate in Aspirnaut?

As of November 2010, we have approximately 200 Aspirnaut students.

How can I help with videoconferencing of STEM labs?

We are always looking for lab supplies and STEM professionals to present our hands-on science labs. In addition, if you have any interesting labs to share with us, please contact us!

How is Aspirnaut financially supported?

Funding for Aspirnaut comes from multiple sources. The recent passing of Act 827 allows for Arkansas school districts to direct funds toward Aspirnaut. In addition, we received a National Institutes of Health stimulus grant to support our summer research program. However, most fininancial support comes from individual donors like you!
